• How can you train leaders to manage stress and burnout?

  It's crucial to make a conscious effort to distinguish when work ends and personal life begins. Going into the weekend early after big wins from the team as well as highlighting big contributions from team members. Having team bonding events where you get to know the people around you will always be beneficial. Being able to trust your team and the people you work with reduces those inevitable moments of friction.

  Growing up, we only hear and see images of poverty in Africa. In the United States, our television screens are riddled with images of starving children and war-torn communities. In my summer vacation to Tanzania changed everything for myself. The people there are making strides to improve the quality of life there. However, when I came back that was never heard of, people still thought they lived in huts there.
