Detailed job description and main responsibilities
We are looking for motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to gain further experience in acute frailty in a busy but friendly and supportive environment. You will experience innovative ways of delivering care, including ambulatory care models, acute frailty stream, general ward based care delivering comprehensive geriatrics assessment and community based care for frail older patients in Sheppey Frailty Unit.
