Dole whip is something I tried years ago at Disney. If you are looking for something sweet and refreshing you have to try this recipe. Great for summer parties, family cookouts and a weeknight dessert.
Is Fresh Pineapple In Dole Whip
Yes! That is what makes your dole whip so refreshing. If you buy a sweet pineapple that is ripe it will add tons of flavor to your frozen dessert. Disney really nailed the head on with this recipe.
Is Dole Whip Only Sold At Disney
It is but they officially released the recipe. So you can make it at home and not have to head to the land of dreams! Now, don’t skip out on Disney since you have the recipe.
You will get the same sweet frozen treat just as you would if you were at Disney! It tastes just as good, but there is something special about eating it when you are at Disney in the element.
Is Dole Whip Keto
Unfortunately, no. This is not a Keto approved recipe. You can find other items at Disney that are keto but this pineapple frozen treat is not.
How to Make
Step 1: Add your ingredients into your blender and give it a good blend. Once it is mixed up you can add in extra liquid to help thin out your whip. Or if you want it thicker add in more pineapple to help thicken it.
Step 2: Pour in your glasses and you can top with fresh whipped cream or even a cherry on top. This is such a fantastic and easy frozen dessert to cool down with.
Can I Double This Recipe
Yes you are more than welcome to make extra. The biggest thing is mixing up what you have room for in your blender.
If you need to make batches of it and then just pour in glasses and serve.
Can I Make This Dessert Dairy Free
You can use almond milk, coconut milk or even soy milk to make this recipe dairy free. Of course it will alter the flavor a bit. But overall you will still get the same great flavor as the traditional dole whip recipe.

- 4 Ounces Pineapple Juice
- 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple Pieces
