Extremely attentive to my concerns and condition, highly knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and analyze my speculations. As PCP, superb at coordinating care among a broad range of doctors and specialists. Over ruled other providers when he when was convinced I needed a different level of care (hospital admission) and he was right.

Dr Hughes is wonderful - so glad he is my primary care doctor. I just wish the practice had more doctors so I could schedule some other appointments. I am 79 years old. In the course of my life I have had the services of two doctors who were truly outstanding and thoroughly reliable. One of those doctors retired about twenty years ago. The other outstanding and thoroughly reliable doctor is Dr. Zachary Hughes, and he is the better of the two.

Followup for broken ribs plus some new complications. Although my new complications were addressed, the doctor never checked the state of healing of my ribs although we discussed it at the beginning of the appointment. Seems like something important we overlooked.

This was my 1st time meeting Dr. Hughes. He was very personable, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I've been looking for a new internist for 2 years. I have a medical issue of much concern. I sincerely hope he'll be able to help me find out exactly what's going on.

I was very pleased with this last visit. Lots of territory was covered and I felt an attempt to get to the heart of my health issues were a priority. I was particularly pleased that Dr. Hughes performed physical checks on parts of my body to determine if abnormalities exist. My very first visit with him I felt he relied too much on algorithms and didn't really address me when he spoke. This visit was a complete reversal of that.

I like Dr Hughes, he spent plenty of time with me and made sure I understood his filings.
