We’ve been more than patient, courteous and respectful. That era has ended when it comes to .@ZiplyFiber. To put it clearly they suck. No Internet, no phone service since April 6. Avoid Ziply, they’re the worst.

@mmm0002 @ZiplyFiber Yeah I can relate. Been a little over a week and no communication unless I initiated it. Glad I didn't cancel cable service last week. Possible installation today, but not really sure when... hopefully this is just an oversight and not foretelling of the service to come.

Please help us @ZiplyFiber There was a Ziply Fiber installation done in our house, and the router installed in the small closet broke the lock on the closet and the door won't close. Can you folks help us out here please?

@ZiplyFiber Please come and install in the NW Portland area! Centurylink has shown zero interest in our area, and our cable speeds are awful. :(

I love @Xfinity. The one day I work from home and I consistently have connection issues. My desktop computer is hardlined to reduce these issues but doesn't matter when their service sh*ts the bed. I wish fiber was available. @ZiplyFiber, can you come to Chicago?

@markdeloura @ZiplyFiber Filled our the request for a quote 27 days ago. Still waiting.Xfinity has a 2-gig sync service, but it's like 3-5k for build-out and install *plus* $300 mo on a 2-year contract when I checked a couple years ago.

@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber ordered the internet service on 4/8, installation was scheduled on 4/20. installation was completed partially. another installation was scheduled for 5/1. no tech showed at home. looks like Ziply is not interested to grow business. order cancelled

No Nelson from @NETGEAR, you made it clear you can’t disable DOCSIS 3.0 on the AC1900 cable modem router. So I’m returning it and will buy another brand that does! Because @ZiplyFiber sucks!
