Got another "it's not correct to vilifyall Russians for the actions of the governmentโ€ from a staff of one of the Language Industry associations in EU that tries to be nice to everyone. It is sad that some people from the language services industry are still not getting it. You do not have to vilify them, but to accept the simple and logical fact. Any dollar you send to the Russian Federation is being taxed. The taxes are used to finance the war, itโ€™s 30% of the Russian Federation budget. And it matters not if you are sending it to vile people or to saints incarnated because they are all feeding the system no matter if they want it or not. YOUR money is used to kill us anyway. But we know that some quite well-known Russian representatives of the language industry are actively helping to circumvent sanctions. One of them is living in the West are using their connections to get the payments through (โ€œpay to my company in EU, and I promise no one will know.โ€) Well, as you can see, I know already, and once more I see the rotten core of the individual doing it. I know many ugly facts, just not bringing everything into the light.Who do you think localizes the instructions for Iranian suicide drones that are being launched upon us every night? Hint: not Iranians. By the way, did anyone care to check which Russian LSPs are working with the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation? Are they still โ€œdifferent from governmentโ€?Also, I am curious why Russian companies (Palex, Janus, Awatera, Logrus Global) are mentioned as non-Russian ones in Nimdzi Insights and Slator ratings. Iโ€™d like it to be fixed next year. I recommend mentioning them as non-Russian if only they closed their Russian offices and legal entities completely, not just bought offshore company and have a mailbox somewhere. Do some research, please. And do take sides. If you think it won't matter in a year or two, you are mistaken, we will remember.

This may be because one of the contracting parties is a foreign organization/individual, so the parties use a foreign language to negotiate and conclude contracts, and at the same time use Vietnamese for accounting, tax, inspection and examination purposes in Vietnam. In this article, #BLawyersVietnam presents an overview of the regulations on language in contracts as mentioned above and includes notes on the provisions of Vietnamese law.๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ž ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐๐ข๐ง๐ : https://lnkd.in/gAE-vd64 โœด We hope this information will be helpful.#blawyersvietnam #newarticles #legalupdates #legal #legaladvice #contractโ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ“ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ“ง consult@blawyersvn.com โ˜Ž(+84) 93 7879 724 or (+84) 91 3117 298 โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€
