  I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

  Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

  @EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

  @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout!Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

  Either way, soon as I'm no longer a prisoner to @EE & @TalkTalk I'll no longer be taking out contract mobile plans after 20+ years of contracts; I can get a better deal without the lock-in month by month & @TalkTalk are just generally **** and price is no longer a benefit.
