@VZWSupport @verizonfios Finally was able to get into my system. Oh and thanks for asking if I want to enroll in Auto Pay 700 times. The answer as always is "NO". I don't think that @hansvestberg cares about the customer at all. As long as the stock price keeps rising. #bottomline #custserv

@VerizonSupport, my Fios Home Service isn't working (your chat line and reboot haven't worked either), I've unplugged and replugged several times, turned the router off and on (etc.), but I still can't get anyone from your company to help me fix this, so what's my next option?

@verizonfios what can we do to get service in our apartment in Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens? I’ve had @Ask_Spectrum for a year and it’s the worst with constant weekly outages. I need better internet and would love to switch. Please let me know what I can do!

@comcastxfinity prove you don’t hate your customers. Prove you‘re not running a psychological torture experiment to see how much horrible “service“ we‘ll take before switching to @verizonfios or @dcaccess 🤯
