@COSportsNut When you go into are Walmart the Xfinity people want to bombarde you with questions about what cable service you use . The minute you bring up Altitude they tell you it’s not their fault! We’ve used the same cable company for over 20 yrs. 1st one to get back altitude gets my $.

Hey @Xfinity @comcast— awesome the steps you’re taking to keep people connected. However, as a loyal 3+ year customer who just got charged more than double what I should have been charged and a 1.5 hour wait time for customer service. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed.

@Xfinity why do you make it near-impossible for people to change their service? While the website offers numerous buttons to "change service" they all go to dead ends. The chat hangs up. The phone never lets you talk to a person. To get your attention, should I just stop paying?
