@comcastcares having really inconsistent internet speeds. I've been trying to stream but no luck. Last three speed tests are crazy all over the place. 1down 2 up, 200 down 20 up, 15 down, 20 up...etc. please advise. Thanks

@BillGillilandJr @ATT Yup. When everything shut down, between my wife WFH and the kiddos doing virtual learning, xfinity couldn’t keep up. Fiber became available about a month later, we got it, and we have no problem with speeds or wifi dropping out anymore.

So @Xfinity's support line is not only completely automated but they have the audacity to use sound clips of a keyboard typing as if a human is on the other line for no ******* reason.

@JoeMullinax Mine wasn’t cost cutting. I wanted the ACC network and @Xfinity and @Espn couldn’t settle on a price. I see how much NBC Universal reports as profit each quarter. They made the decision easy for me.

@Xfinity why do you make it near-impossible for people to change their service? While the website offers numerous buttons to "change service" they all go to dead ends. The chat hangs up. The phone never lets you talk to a person. To get your attention, should I just stop paying?

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport Now it turns out the phone service that was promised 3 days ago won’t be available until the 11th. THE LIES. I could have fixed the service had you been honest with me. You shouldn’t be okay with damaging the business of your customers like this.
