Anytime I have to call Comcast I prepare myself for a frustrating experience where I get bounced around for at least 30 minutes. Today I called and problem was solved in 4 minutes and 18 seconds, and I only had to speak to one person. It’s a miracle.

@KLGLASS2 Straight up Comcast. They over charge every month and I just pay what I originally agreed to. I think it’s time for Comcast to have a come to Jesus moment. We have some bargaining power. They won’t have any new programming cuz actors are in lock down, no new sports programs.

Check out my Speedtest results! 29.8 Mbps down and 11.3 Mbps up. @VerizonSupport @Verizon @verizonfios this seems to be low and not as promised as per what was told by the sales rep when purchased and moved from Xfinity. Please assist.

@megturney Last time I had Comcast I had it for about 3 months. Never worked. I supposedly had the fastest service available yet downloads took days and playing games online lagged like crazy. I finally had enough and went to cancel the service. They made me pay $300 to cancel it...
